The Weissenhof Estate is a milestone of architectural modernism and was built in 1927 by 17 international architects.
\nThe guided tours (in german language, no interior visits) explain the background of the estate, which has been a listed site since 1958, and the two houses by Le Corbusier, which were additionally inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List in 2016.<\/p>\n

Start of the tours: in front of the Weissenhof Museum in the Le Corbusier House, Rathenaustr. 1, participation free of charge. Duration approx. 45 minutes.<\/p>\n

On the Hermann-Lenz-H\u00f6he (corner of Birkenwaldstra\u00dfe \/ Am Kochenhof) you can enjoy coffee, cake or a cold drink while viewing the participatory spatial installation “What remains? What comes? What goes?”. This includes a tower as a sign for the upcoming IBA’27 and an exhibition on the ongoing residential projects of the IBA almost 100 years after the Weissenhof exhibition in 1927.<\/p>\n
