1. Usage data
Every time you visit the above websites, and every time you access a file, general data relating to this process is automatically stored in a log file. The data is stored exclusively for system-related and statistical purposes (in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b) GDPR), and in exceptional cases for the purpose of prosecuting criminal offenses (in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Point e) GDPR).
We do not share this data with third parties or process it in any other way unless compelled to do so by law.

2. Personal data
We only process personal data to the extent permitted by law or with your consent.

When you contact us (e.g. by telephone, e-mail or using our contact form), we store your data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b) GDPR for the purpose of processing your inquiry and in case of any future correspondence. Your data is deleted as soon as we have fully processed and/or answered your inquiry. The data is included in our daily backups, however, which means it is stored for up to another 30 days.

b) Newsletter:
We provide our newsletter to update you on the activities of the Weissenhofsiedlung, the Weissenhofmuseum im Haus Le Corbusier and our society.
To send the newsletter, we need to have your name, your e-mail address and your consent to data processing, which you can send informally to one of the addresses listed under “Contacts”. We process your data exclusively for the purpose of sending the newsletter.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time, thereby revoking your consent to any further use of your data. To unsubscribe, simply send an e-mail to one of the addresses listed under “Contacts”. Your data will then be deleted permanently. However, as part of our daily backup procedures, your data is stored for up to another 30 days.
Processing of the data in this context is governed by Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b) GDPR, or once the e-mail confirming your consent has been sent, by Art. 6 Para. 1 Point a) GDPR.

3. Cookies
We additionally use so-called cookies in several areas of our Internet site. Using files of this kind, we can identify your computer as a technical entity during your visit to our Internet site in order to improve your experience at our site, including when you re-visit it later on. 5. Use of analytical tools
We use open source software to analyze visits to our sites. This involves the use of so-called cookies, which are stored on your computer and enable analysis of your activity on these sites. The information concerning use of these sites that is generated by cookies is stored on our servers in Germany and not shared with third parties. The IP address of every visitor is anonymized immediately after processing and before it is stored.

6. Use of Facebook social plugins
Protecting your personal data is very important to us. We therefore do not implement Facebook social plugins directly.
