We are delighted to have been nominated for the 2027 Tourism Innovation Award in the ‘Service Provider’ category, presented by the Tourismus-Verband Baden-Württemberg.

We submitted our entry with our new digital guide, which we are developing in collaboration with the City of Stuttgart’s Cultural Affairs Office and Atelier Markgraph. From next year, when the Weissenhof Estate celebrates its 100th anniversary, visitors will be able to take an interactive guided tour of the listed estate. The browser-based web app presents the history and architecture in an accessible way through easy-to-understand, vivid narratives. 3D models and augmented reality enable visitors to experience the architecture of 1927 in a new way, whilst also allowing them to rediscover buildings that no longer exist. Providing a variety of ways to engage with the site for a diverse range of visitors is particularly important to us; for example, children can also explore the buildings in a playful way. This is what won over the jury!

We would like to thank the jury for this wonderful recognition and are delighted to be part of this special competition marking the ‘75 Years of Baden-Württemberg’ anniversary, alongside the two other nominees. The winner of the prize will be announced at the awards ceremony during CMT 2027.
